The following is the acceptance policy of PuppyClass.com.  All users must agree to the following terms.  If you do not accept these terms, do not use our web site. 

ALL USERS:

If you choose to rate a puppy class, you must agree to rate or review a puppy class based on any one, or combination of the following:

1. First-hand experience in the puppy class

2. Literature distributed from the puppy class

3. Electronic literature from the respective web site

All users agree to rate or review a puppy class no more than once per month.

ALL SUBMISSIONS TO THE DIRECTORY:

If you choose to submit your puppy class to the directory you agree to use and promote positive reinforcement in your puppy class.  You must also agree not to recommend or advocate force, coercion, or physical, verbal, and mental abuse (abuse is including but not limited to: hitting, ear pinching, stepping on toes, kneeing in chest, screaming, using "No" without teaching the correct behavior in the process, pro-longed confinement, rubbing nose in excrement, etc.)

Specifically, you must not use or recommend any of the following in your puppy classes:

• Choke chains

• Prong collars

• Shock collars

• Leash corrections

• Shake cans

• Squirt guns

• Force or coercion

Specifically, you must use and recommend the following in your puppy class:

• Socialization
• Aggression prevention
• Timely praise
• Teaching methods based on positive reinforcement
• Gradual desensitization of touching

Other great options that your puppy class may include:

• Operant conditioning
• Clicker-training
• Toy training
• Food training

Warranty

 PuppyClass.com provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. PuppyClass.com is not liable for any damages resulting in a submission, rating, or your visit to the site.

Access and Interference 

As a user of the site, you hereby agree that you shall not use any robot, spider, or other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the contents contained therein without our prior expressed written permission. You as a user agree that you shall not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with our site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our web page infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from our web site without the prior expressed written permission of PuppyClass.com.

Breach

PuppyClass.com has the right to terminate a user's submission, user access, or involvement with our web site without notice or reason.

Liability 

In no event shall PuppyClass.com, Rob Bitler, and/or  subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the web site, services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence). 

Errors

It is hereby understood that PuppyClass.com and Rob Bitler are not responsible for any errors of any nature on the web site.
